No they didn't fax the info and verification from BG. They filled a form that they have and have it back to me. I put a note on the Chase letter with my signed affidavit, I guess that was okay cause I haven't heard anything. Like you said no news is good news

Chase gave me the same form which BG accepted last time. What signed affidavit though?
One of my banks wouldn't fill out the form, but they provided a letter with the same information on it.
The asset verification forms ask for the average balance of the last six months, so that is really the same information they would get from the bank statements, right?

Not necessarily. They want to see your deposits to make sure your deposits match your paystubs and that you don't have any extra deposits that could be indicative of hidden income on the side. They also need to confirm any income earned from the asset such as interest. Every lottery does this. It is very strange that they haven't asked for them again. They may need to ask for them later but I don't know why they didn't just ask for them now.
Yeah you're right, you need to sign forms for them to send it to HPD, but they did probably look at your file because they love disqualifying people as soon as possible. If you were going to be disqualified you probably would have heard already. So again, hearing nothing is a good thing. But the fact that nobody has sent in 6 months of updated bank statements is very weird. I might ask them myself why they are not requesting that- they can't send files to Compliance/HPD without that.
Has anyone had a problem getting their bank (i.e., Chase) to fill out the asset verification form? They wouldn't do it for me in March; Chase printed out their own statement for me to give BG.
TD bank printed out their own but BG accepted it
