Hey! It's a one bedroom, don't want to say the unit until all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. But I can tell you that the AMI's are being mixed throughout the building and they are starting at the lower floors and going up. That doesn't make sense to me but at this point it doesn't matter. I am in the building and with a one bedroom. Has anybody else heard anything?

I'm intended to get a 1br, and I signed and confirmed all my HPD paperwork already. Once that is sent in and approved (hopefully) the next step is viewing apartments when they are ready and then an appt for a lease signing. I sure hope it goes smoothly from here!

If this was directed at me I'm at 21 West End and I have a studio that's 400sqft. It's cozy but a 1br would obviously be preferable. I'll be your neighbor once you move in!

Yes Grooverite that was for you. Can't wait to be neighbors. Now this one more approval and than the choice is mine. This has been a long stressful experience. Can't wait for it to over. AND MOVE IN!!!

I am DONE, HPD papers signed, nothing else needed. No move in date. My predictions by year end.

I was told today that my file was check & it’s good. He said by next week somebody will reach out to me so I can sign my HPD forms. However he did say the process is moving slow because they waiting on the building
