Hey! It's a one bedroom, don't want to say the unit until all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. But I can tell you that the AMI's are being mixed throughout the building and they are starting at the lower floors and going up. That doesn't make sense to me but at this point it doesn't matter. I am in the building and with a one bedroom. Has anybody else heard anything?

If you're single and you're getting a 1br....you def hit the jackpot! I wish I was that lucky. Congrats!
I'm intended to get a 1br, and I signed and confirmed all my HPD paperwork already. Once that is sent in and approved (hopefully) the next step is viewing apartments when they are ready and then an appt for a lease signing. I sure hope it goes smoothly from here!
I have been contacted and was told that I have been assigned a unit. Don't know whether it is a studio or one br. Hoping for a one br. Wasn't told # but I was told that the chart we have with the Ami & unit # was inaccurate. The ami' will be mixed throughout the building.
Congrats! OMG its so exciting to see movement! Very happy for u!
If this was directed at me I'm at 21 West End and I have a studio that's 400sqft. It's cozy but a 1br would obviously be preferable. I'll be your neighbor once you move in!
