I don't know, but the building doesn't have a C of O yet or it would show up. There are probably multiple factors to obtaining a C of O and they may have obtained a signoff on one, but they failed the 5/26 inspection.

This is probably one of the most stressful time I have had to endure.
I would sign a lease and then wait for the unit to be completed At least you know you are in. The way this is going it will be time to put up a Christmas tree. Stay in touch if you hear any news.

That would be better for you, but according to the guidelines, documents over 120 days in age are "too old" and have to be replaced by current ones.

So if you are waiting for a while for this building to be completed, depending on the timing, you may have to prove you are still income-qualified. Let's hope you haven't gotten a raise or, conversely, lost your job in the interim.

It is a very very stressful situation to be in, and I can only wish you the eventual joy of getting an apartment! Then it will have all been worth it.

Yes, I know that during the wait anything can happen, the only control we have is of ourself. I am holding on the the hope and know that if it for me, it will be mine. I have done everything that is required and asked for and now I have to be still and wait! The decision has already been made, I just don't know what it is.

My friend was interviewed in March as well no CB unfortunately he was disqualified due to a debt that he is in the process of resolving. It was very disheartening for him because this was the first time he had ever been called usually his number is super high. First time it was under 10000. Good luck everyone. We look forward to us all finding a home that we can live and love in.

Did he have a disability or municipal employee preference? His number would have to be super low to be called that early without a preference. In fact, I haven't heard of any non-preferences being called.

Unfortunately this process is very stressful and also can be a great disappointing experience. But let your friend know that he can correct whatever disqualified him. This is my 4th pick for a lottery so I know how the disappointment feels. Don't stop > "You Gotta Be In It To Win"

This process is taking years off my life and giving me grey hairs with all the stress.

We should all be eligible for the elderly housing lotteries because this is aging us so much!
