I've been following this discussion since my interview in September and I expected this process to take some time but it feels like they are disorganized.Things were moving fairly fast and I even saw the apartment that I was "assigned" and now Breaking Ground is telling me that they are switching me to a new apartment on a different floor because of construction and I have to do another viewing. *sigh*

At the end of the day, it's better than them putting you on the waitlist. So who knows - maybe the new apartment is super nice with great views! Hang in there!
JTS15> what size apt are you being assigned? What apts are they switching? Were you on the second floor? It appears they are going from bottom up so all those apts should be finished. Just curious as to what floor they are up to. When is your next viewing? My advice to you is for you to be on top of everything.
MUNEKAIF> Good luck on your interview, make sure all your paperwork is in order. They may be a little unorganized that means you have to be on top of everything.

It's a 1 bedroom and I'm being switched to another 1 bedroom that may be smaller or larger than the one I saw. Yes, I was in the 2nd floor and my viewing is for next week.
This definitely teaches you a lot of patience. I'm just worried about being placed on a waiting list.
