Don't they do that on all the lotteries? I agree with you, though! Would have loved to have been spared some of this agonizing wait. I guess they try to time it so that when the CO is issued they have files ready to send to HPD in order to get people moved in and paying rent ASAP. They seem to have missed the mark on this one, though!
Thanks for the article. The placers look gorgeous! If ours are half as nice, I'll die of happiness.
Well I was out and about this morning and passed the building. There is a lot of hustle & bustle around the site.
They seem to be working on Freedom Place's roadway. The wood in front of the beginning of FP
(59th st) has been removed, I don't know if it is permanently or while they work during the day. Several men were working on the roadway. There may be a paved street any day. All in all there seems to be progress being made, at least with he building the the wait is still at a standstill. Remember the wait in front of us is shorter than the wait behind us. Also, 60th st was closed to traffic (normally I can drive through) maybe they are paving that street as well. That's where the moving trucks will unpack. (Hahaha)

That's sounds positive! I can't wait to hear from them. Seriously, this is torture.
If they are working on the grounds of the building (the outside), then that's a sign that it's nearing completion. That's always the last part to be finished.
But really, I can't believe there's still only 4 of us waiting. There have to be more. I wonder how many.
We'll never know, I just pray that the four of us make it to the finish.
