I can see the 10 Freedom Pl entrance from my window...there's been work going on at the entrance and the lobby. This building has a beautiful facade...it looks great. Good luck to you all!

I hope you'll let us know if you see any progress on the building, like the boards around the building coming down or the (western) entrance opening up!

Good news, it looks like the C/O only covers floors 1-7 (and 16-19)! That is, the affordable apartments are covered! The fact that they specifically applied for a C/O covering only the affordable floors must indicate that they are planning on moving forward with the affordable units!

Is the address 10 Freedom Place or 10 Freedom Place South? What's the difference? The ad on HousingConnect says Freedom Place South...

If you have any preferences you have a shot with a log number of 37,xxx. Do you have any preferences? These are the reasons that you can be disqualified for credit: http://www1.nyc.gov/assets/hpd/downl...n-Criteria.pdf

There is another 10 Freedom Place already, but it's commercial space. When I first started with this google had me thinking the building was up closer to Lincoln Center.

I wonder if they are planning to connect the two Freedom Places eventually for this new development and renumber the northern portion?
