Congratulations to forum conservatives. Clearly Trump is going to win, though he has not won. No, I did not vote for him and I do not like him, but the people have spoken and it is what it is. I'm sure you guys are drinking champagne now.
My predictions.
Well I'll go on education alone. CUNY has a lot of "liberal" programs aimed at immigrants, people who got out of jail, addicts, etc. I expect Trump to cut all that. The Ivy League is privately funded, but they do research for the government and Trump is Ivy League himself, as are his children. He won't cut funding for research at our institutions.
NYCHA and other welfare programs. Being that this stuff is government funded and the Republicans control Congress, there is going to be weeping and wailing. I fight with the right wing nutcases on this forum, but at this moment I am praising GOD that I do have a good education, that I do work, and that I am not on social services. Because it's going to get very ugly for that population.
And though I may not like the results of this election (I don't) , the public has spoken and we all have to deal with that reality.
The MTA could maybe do well in getting money for transit expansion for Trump, he is a real estate developer after all.
Hillary with all her celebrity endorsements, corporate backers, etc still loses to Trump then she should never run again. This is like failing a test that you had all the answers to.
This is The Ryu posting live... I love big tiddays!!!
This also does not bode well for de Blasio's vision, because even if he somehow got reelected, hmmm, where's the federal funding for his initiatives coming from? Somehow I don't see the Trump administration writing him a blank check. Mind you the results have not been called YET, but things are looking good for the DONALD. Meanwhile, I BEEN DRINKING and praising the LORD for my good fortune, and though I have talked about on this forum how changes in law opened up doors for me, thank god I did the work to put myself where I am because this ****'s about to get real and real scary and I can hear lots of weeping and wailing from liberals now.
I also predicted a Trump Victory. How? Thanks to nyc gentrification. Plenty of arrivals to nyc come from the exact swing States that Trump has won. Transient folks told me they are here in nyc because that's where the jobs are and their is no real economic development in such States. Majority of these folks in the swing States either preferred Bernie or Trump who can defend and protect economic activity vs Hillary who represents the same old.

Look at you. You already sucking up to Donald Trump with your elitist rhetoric. Thank goodness I did not support either candidates. However if I had to choose lesser of the two evils, I would votenvote Trump. Let me guess. Now you going to cry yourself to sleep?

Me? Cry? Dude you got me confused for the wrong one. I been drinking, I been drinking and listening to Beyonce! And Pink! Get the Party Started on a Saturday Night! I'm Coming Up So You Betta Get This Party Started.
And I am not a Donald Trump supporter, nor am I sucking up to him. I gave some predictions of what he would do, but that doesn't make me his fan. Where are you getting I am sucking up to him?
Mmm. Ya. I'm genuinely surprised. I've watched a lot of complete meltdowns tonight online. I'm feeling for those worried and scared. My British friends are joking that the USA pulled a Brexit.
