Need help, 311 is of no use...no suprise there.

If you call 311, all they do is enter the info you tell them into the online 311 form.

But I'm entering it and submitting it and I know it's being entered correctly. I really have had much better responses doing it that way.

Just to update you, a couple days after I filled out the 311 form I got an email saying the DOT opened a ticket for my complaint. This at least sounds more promising! lol.

I would now wait until next week and call your concilman to confirm they got your email. Make a note of everyone's name you talk to, including the one where the buck seems to stop. Now you have a human to follow up with, for progress reports or whatever.
