hey guys, about two weeks ago I got a call ( this is a week after I viewed the apartment) and the building itself (not Wavecrest) said they were delayed with finalizing all of the applications and that there was no update at the moment. Basically we just have to wait. Hope that helps anyone.


MrsB0726 - did you get to view an apartment or you're still waiting on Wavecrest to get back to you?

Same here, they were ready for people moving in but I guess somewhere it got delayed. It makes sense though because the whole West side is not even open and most of the building is still under construction.
I'm sure they'll contact everyone soon
