Yeah, it sucks waiting. Wavecrest never actually emailed me anything saying I was approved, but then the Hayden called me to view the apartment so I'm just assuming I was? I'm not sure. I would email them, it couldn't hurt. Good luck!!

good luck! the interview itself took only a few minutes, you just drop off your info and go home. Basically they'll either send you a reject notice within a week or a request for further documents/give you some sort of approval/send your info to the building. It's just a lot of waiting

Hi All, Just viewed the apt yesterday. Unfortunately it was a 1 bedroom and I definitely need two for me and my son. Cool building...Good luck to everyone else!!!

I had my interview on 5/8 and last week Thursday they requested additional information. I haven't heard anything other than my application is still in processing will I be notified if they submit my file to HPD

For those that were approved, was there a housing inspection?

I was initially rejected due to income guidelines. Yesterday, I got a letter stating that were new income guidelines and are now asking for supporting docs to recheck my eligibility.

I got approved and moved in about two weeks ago. There was no home inspection, just sending in all my docs. Another person I know is waiting to hear back, what are the new income guidelines?
