Still waiting on Wavecrest ot get back to me. Wondering if I should email. Feeling impatient lol
Yeah, it sucks waiting. Wavecrest never actually emailed me anything saying I was approved, but then the Hayden called me to view the apartment so I'm just assuming I was? I'm not sure. I would email them, it couldn't hurt. Good luck!!
I have my interview next week. Hope it will go well. Besides dropping off all the paperwork, what else to expect?
good luck! the interview itself took only a few minutes, you just drop off your info and go home. Basically they'll either send you a reject notice within a week or a request for further documents/give you some sort of approval/send your info to the building. It's just a lot of waiting

Thank you for your feedback. It is not my first rodeo, so I know what you are going trough, when you talk about waiting. Best of luck to you and all the other who got the OK so far.
Hi All, Just viewed the apt yesterday. Unfortunately it was a 1 bedroom and I definitely need two for me and my son. Cool building...Good luck to everyone else!!!
I had my interview on 5/8 and last week Thursday they requested additional information. I haven't heard anything other than my application is still in processing will I be notified if they submit my file to HPD
For those that were approved, was there a housing inspection?
I was initially rejected due to income guidelines. Yesterday, I got a letter stating that were new income guidelines and are now asking for supporting docs to recheck my eligibility.

I got approved and moved in about two weeks ago. There was no home inspection, just sending in all my docs. Another person I know is waiting to hear back, what are the new income guidelines?
