Must be nice to be in the 1%. Would that be the case for all of us if we become full-fledged socialist?

I was just in Nicaragua and was paying $0.75 for beer at bars, $3.00 for full meals and $18 a night for a room with queen bed on the beach. LOL

No, not in the 1%, just someone who has better savings than income. Some 5% CD's would make my retirement more pleasant.
Pissing away the value of my savings with INFLATION + LOW INTERST RATES hurts me.
(Yeah yeah, spare me the twaddle about LOW inflation or deflation, which we all SHOULD know is fantasy economics to make government look like they know what they are doing.)

Okay, so then you were exaggerating by capitalizing FAR.

Actually government wants high inflation, they just want us to believe otherwise.

I don't think I got the reference. Thought you were talking about biracial people. Half black, half indigenous redmen.

Initially I thought that you were showing off your big fat retirement next; now I understand better what you were talking about. In my "high" world, if someone exits the workforce not making it to the 1% bracket, it is called "giving up", not "retirement"...
