I have a question about Fulton station, in particular the A line from JFK/Howard Beach. Is there escalator access to the lobby level, or do you have to use stairs?

Pretty sure there is an elevator. The escalator leads to a short staircase.

The A/C platform at Fulton has an elevator for sure. It was working as of this morning. I'm not sure where it goes exactly, I've never taken it. I would be surprised if it went somewhere not accessible.
