Son-in-law and daughter can't be in the cabinet due to nepotism laws.

David Friedman isn't in the cabinet, he is simply ambassador to Israel. Often the U.S. ambassador to Israel is an American Jew.

Fair enough, but my point is that Jews are not being excluded from his circle, including the cabinet (Mnuchin). Another non-cabinet that comes to mind is Jason Greenblatt, Trump's chief legal officer. How that is working out with the Bannon types I have no idea.

You are making a mountain out of a molehill... We should be getting the most qualified individuals to help run our government. Their religion or ethnic background shouldn't matter.

Not a chance. Of course the next person in line to be President would be Mike Pence, even more conservative and blatantly less tolerance of Jewish people than Trump. Should Pence be removed that leaves us with Paul Ryan.

Trump has no criminal convictions, and allegations of a crime mean nothing unless there is a conviction to back it up. And not even trials for poor people conclude in a month.

Agreed.

That had identity politics failed enormously in this election.

Those rural working class who voted for him would suffer most from it.
But on second thought, Trump voters are so unbelievably stupid they will support him even as he guts the very programs and regulations meant to protect them and allow them social mobility so long as the cuts are couched in a constant stream of being anti liberal, or giving the shaft to this or that minority group.
It won't be politically suicide at all. Already the US Department of Education stopped collecting student loans. Student loan debt is serviced by private companies. So Trump would simply take it one step further and have the loan be originated by private companies/banks. There was no political outcry when Obama got the US government/department of education out of debt collection.

And already for graduate students, they do a credit check on you for when you apply for a graduate plus loan.

Of course they are not stupid. Trump voters who are uneducated sure know what deplorables mean.

I am sorry when your in uniform it is not your duty to push your political views on to others. If the roles were reversed with you complaining about Obama and an officer told you to suck it for Obama you would not appreciate it. Stop being an hypocrite and let people have their own views even if it doesn't agree with yours.
