BOHICA, city is not quite busted, but faces a huge drop in property tax values that won't recover for years. Already Schumer has told BdeB bit more federal money is coming, but it won't be enough to plug budget hole or holes that may continue for one, two or more years.

As per Sam The Eagle isn't cutting much or any of his socialist democrat liberal spending, but will try to find "other" ways to trim the fat.

Let's toll some highways too while we're at it. People don't respect stuff when they can get it for free.

Lol you must not pay enough in taxes already?

Pay more taxes so that the scumbag politicians can buy more votes and squander the rest? The problem isn't tax revenue. It's an abysmal ROI on the taxes that are already collected.

Why do we have prisons? Clearly it doesnt work when you have repeat offenders, so how much of a deterrent is it.

You look at repeat offenders as a failure of prisons. I look at them as a failing human beings who can't operate in society.

Almost half of the state budget is spent on healthcare. Maybe investigate medicaid fraud.
