Does using the rock climbing wall require an additional fee? I forgot to ask.

I was there yesterday and based on what the woman said I got the impression it was part of the gym. So, I assume it would require a gym membership.

You can appeal two or three times.... so just keep appealing and if you’re sure you fall within the income guidelines I’m sure you’ll win!!!
Good luck!!! Took me exactly 6 weeks from the first email until being approved by HPD. Longest 6 weeks everrrtrr. But the apartment is worth it. Stay sane and drink lots of wine 😂
Pink Snake is going to be in 10S and I’ll be in 10R. Which unit will you be in, Bailey?

I’m on the 32nd floor. Two more weeks!!!! Can’t wait to move. They didn’t make me sign a form about having two leases... but my situation was different because our landlord wanted to move into our apartment anyway so he was flexible with our move out date.
Also... rock climbing is an additional fee on top of gym membership. Congrats on your HPD approval cyber

Ah that's a lil depressing about the extra fee for rock wall.

Wow 32nd floor, that's going to be quite a view! Down on 10 and in the back of the building we'll have a nice view of the courtyard space. Then again people on the outside will have a nice view of us inside our apartments. LOL! In my apartment the only shades I saw on the windows when I toured it on Friday were those solar shades. I'm probably going to have to invest in something that isn't sheer since it's a tiny studio and one room functions as a living room and bedroom.
