As many of you are aware, Breaking Ground serves as the Marketing agent and processes the applications for some of the housing lotteries.
Have any of you dealt with them ? Are they pretty straightforward or do they prolong the process ? Personal experiences and any insight to how they operate would be appreciated !

They are pretty straight forward. The process was fairly easy, unfortunately I didn't follow through. Good luck.

No problems here, either. I got called, started to gather massive amounts of data to send them, then got a letter from a second one within 2 weeks. We called and asked if they could use the same financials as they were only less than 2 weeks old and they did. So that seemed very reasonable to me.

Thanks for the feedback . They seem nice and attentive .

Moving415, they call first , then usually send a follow up email and letter to residence .

I asked, because I'm going to be away for a month midwinter -- now I'll know to answer my phone, although given how high my number is, I doubt I'll miss the call! Thanks.
