Are any of you waiting on morris ave apartments through reliant realty. I had my interview since Nov 16 and submitted all my documents plus had my employer verify my income. I had in the 27 thousands for log numbers and I have CB preference
Is there any updates on this lottery and process on moving in. Dealing with the management company

I had my interview on 11.29.16 and I'm still waiting a swell. I seen on the news that they moved in 16 veterans last Thursday. I called the management office and followed up, they gave me another number to call to check my status but no one has answered. The suspense is killing me lol.
I am driving myself crazy with the waiting process as well. I was interviewed in September. I actually got to view the unit this past Monday but they are still waiting for HDC to get back to them...

The unit was really nice although smaller than I thought it would be. Its a one bedroom. They also have a big laundry room too. They showed me this unit as it is the unit that is assigned to me although they are still waiting on HDC.

No problem at all. It doesn't hurt to call them and check . They get so many calls which is understandable. Sometimes its best to stay on top of your application but at the same time don't be annoying, you know. Just give them a call and state that you wanted to check the status. Good luck and thanks! Im praying I officially get the offer. Ill keep posted!
