Last night a guy was arguing with his gal for the entire ride as well as before getting on. When he got off, as the doors were closing, he dragged her out with the doors trying to close on her, smashing her head numerous times into the closing doors.

Another guy was mad people would not crowd in more as he was trying to get on. He wanted to fight everyone, the guy next to him threated to throw his hot coffee on him.

Another guy was swearing at a guy with a guitar for hitting him with the case. All this was just in a hour of riding.

Do you think people more agitated on the subway around Christmas? They seemed in a better mood on my October trip, but I'm no expert.

I'm irritated on the subway in July so the holiday has nothing to do with it.

Cuz it's steamy, humid, hot, and crowded on the trains in the winter, it's really gross. At least in the Summer the AC tends to chill people out literally.

I don't know how you rode in those human stench cans for an HOUR. i would die. 30 minutes is my maximum amount of time I can be on them, unless it's super cold and i have a seat and a good book.

I rather stand when I am on the subway because I hate the atmosphere. The last thing I wanna be on a subway is comfortable

I noticed it more stinky in Dec than Oct. God, some of the subways stink of blue cheese and excrement as soon as you enter. But, I'd have to be a year round user to be more in the know. They should put big air exchange ventilators in them to suck out all the air. Maybe there is more homeless people in the winter living in the subways.

Just not a fan of it but I use it for a few stops to go to work and hop right off.
