My son graduated from Molloy in 2011 and they are a great school. Whoever said rich people don't send their kids there are completely wrong. My son had many well off classmates. They have a wide array of clubs and their sports program is top notch. My son received a few baseball scholarship offers after playing four years there.
Thanks so much. We also got an offer to Fordham Prep which is ranked higher, but my son seemed drawn to Xavier. We are closer to Molloy for the commute and would be willing to move to Long Island if Chaminade was a better choice. Wondering, if based on Niche, we should have considered Fordham Prep since its ranked better than all three?

I’m more familiar with the Jesuit schools, Fordham and Xavier, which would be my top choices among the four schools you mentioned. Between the two, I wouldn’t expect a significant academic difference. I think your son would receive an excellent education either way.
If those were my choices, I would probably lean towards Xavier, primarily due to the location.
Which is better for development? Chaminade, Xavier or Molloy?
Development? As an athlete, than Chaminade. They are famous for sports. For academics, well, I suggest private tutors, instead of paying expensive catholic schools. Just go to public, and hire tutors.

Molly has an outstanding sports program.
