@Lottery9213 no sympathy, compassion or professionalism at all, now any other time they quick to reply back to my emails, now that everything they asked me to fix (which was done incorrectly on their behalf) was done & finalized yesterday and this Denise chick is telling me she needs to confirm before she can authorize Vincent to give me the keys. I emailed her with proof of the documents so now I'm like what time can I get my keys because I need to leave my residence by Monday or my children & I will be homeless (god forbid) u know this heffa have yet to respond back smfh it like ur begging for something that's urs & paid for, idk who we go through to get the money back but I know my next email I'm sending will not be friendly at all and that's wat I was trying not to do
