Management who told you it was yours if you’re still interested I don’t see what’s the hold up the building is still not even halfway full. Everything they do is slow the lot still isn’t open, the damn laundry room closes to early if you ask me & they make people go all they way around for deliveries which is crazy

What time do your laundry room close? All of them suppose to close at 10pm
And unless you have a BIG package from USPS they suppose to put your package in the parcel holder & leave the key in your mailbox.. USPS have a key to enter all the buildings. I see slips on the gates on Van Siclen & Wortman ave side all the time from UPS & FEDEX...

When I 1st moved in July the laundry rooms weren't open... People were using the 1 on Linden Blvd. The card machine wasn't installed + they changed the machines etc etc then they opened them near the end of Sept... But the post office situation thus far I haven't had a problem with. Even UPS will leave your package in front of your door as long as they can get in the building an need no signature..

I could be passing all of you and not even know it. If anyone sees me (mom of two -- preteen girl and toddler boy), feel free to say hey. I see a lot of children in my building. I wonder how they broke it down to who gets what building. I'm in the 2nd hendrix place one. HELLO. and CONGRATS, finally, to @god_is_in_control.

Which building do you live in @BKALLDAY2017 I live in 910 Hendrix I have a teenage boy pre teen girl. I think they did it according to the apartment size & income because they tried to give me a 2 bedroom which I was over income for but I request a 3 bedroom & I got approved

@BKALLDAY2017 I requested the 3 bedroom my 1st interview in December of 2016 when I took all my documents then in february 2017 they called me & told me I was approved, after that I was just bringing in updated documents every four months. The apartment under me is a 3 bedroom and it’s still empty
