So i have a question after they take ur paperwork and money order whafs next any past experiences?
They run your credit check and if everything checks out they'll have you view the Apartment and make you sign a whole bunch of documents. Then they submit to the city. If you get approved then you get called for your lease signing and they give you your keys.
Ok so I was denied then I appealed and my appeal was granted 3 hours later. They said they were sending paperwork over. Does this sound like good news?
