Hi Everyone, I have a very high log number, community and hearing impairment preference. I had an intake at the end of August and was contacted earlier this week for additional paperwork and basically the next day to view an apartment. I saw 3 apartments. A one bedroom and studio in band 4 and a studio in band 5. I was given floorplans and I took photos. I went through this process with 461 Dean. With that building I had a couple paperwork appointments over the duration of the lottery, but never saw an apartment and was ultimately waitlisted. I refuse to get my hopes up again as I was basically assured I would get all the way through with 461 Dean, and didnt. Happy to answer questions (and share photos ).
Cool - So did you see any apartments on the higher floors? anything above 8th floor?
I only saw apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor
Yes I did actually. They showed me apartments on 2,4 and 14. Realator mebtioned to the super that a prospective tenant requested a top floor apt but it was unlikely. It was a nice growing overall, but at my band I'd have to think very carefully if selected
I got a voicemail from MHANY application has been approved by the process? and the next step is that they are submitting my application to the management company for preparation of the lease. I am still nervous as my feeling is the developers can still pass on me so fingers cross. She said to expect to be contacted by Forest City in two weeks or so. Looks like the process is moving along.
For those curious - I had my intake in June for a band 3 1-bedroom. I am hearing impaired and do not believe I have community board pref...
Hey. Just putting this out there. Apparently MHANY tried to email a bunch of people about intakes for this lottery this week but the emails have gone to spam folders or been lost somehow. Friendly reminder to check, or watch out for phone calls.
Also, combing through this thread now, thus forgive if this has been addressed, but by any chance are there floor plans for this building floating around anywhere?
