Hi All - Congrats to all the new tenants! Have any tenants been provided 1 or 2 months free rent for signing a new lease with 38 6th avenue? This is urgent. Please kindly let me know. Thank you in advance!!!
I wasn't offered any free days, forget about months.
Do you ask because they're offering you a free month, or because other buildings are, and you're deciding based on that?
Hi all, I have looked at a one-bedroom apartment at 38 Sixth Ave and have a question I'm hoping someone can help with.
How do the Islandaire PTAC units perform cooling the apartment? I turned one on and set it to cold when I was viewing the apartment. It seemed the lowest possible temperature was 67 degrees. Does the cool air circulate throughout the apartment, and/or do you do anything to help it circulate? It seemed like it might not circulate so well on its own. Since we've had a couple of hot days recently, I thought people might have some feedback.
