I don't think so. Not too long ago I was looking at some apartments in the building that are market value and seen some studios that appeared to be really "cozy" if u know what i mean. I saw a few that had 3d floor maps as well with different layouts for 1 bedrooms and studios with the same square footage. If I come across it again i'll post.

I just checked and my money order hasn't been cashed. I know they send you back you're money order if they reject you for credit so idk. I chose email as my contact preference so I'm remaining hopeful. No news is good news. Question, will the credit check show up as a hard or soft inquiry on the report?

Same here. I haven't heard back from them in 3 weeks, but as they said before "no news is good news"

They haven't cashed in my money order yet either. Just keep checking daily on it. I'm gonna send an email on Wednesday and see what's going on.

Everyone, literally, just relax. If you haven’t heard anything that’s good. Stop obsessing - it doesn’t do anything but make the situation worse. It’s going to take at least a month since they’re deport in the process. Only call them if your situation is unique I.e. your lease is about to be up next month.
