What are your lowest and highest log numbers? My lowest is 149 and highest is 89,744

My lowest has been 765 for the Belvedere in Greenpoint and highest was 72, 227 for 435 West 31st

Figures the first time I ever get an excellent number it's for the building where there's only two aparttments available lol.

Same! Every time I check, my low numbers are typically for buildings with few units or is a building in an undesirable area

That is because fewer people apply lol.

Lowest log number 150.

Highest log number 45,917.

My lowest is 400 something for an apartment that i make just over 100 bux for to qualify I normally NEVER bothr applying to any apartments that dont fit in my income range, but I did this one and GRRRRRRRr. My highest is 75K for one of the big manhattan ones.

I've given up on this entire process. Makes me want to cry.

$100 over? you can fudge that by working less hours one week or something. or getting a small paycut lol.

Lowest 128 in the Bronx, highest 101381 for somewhere in Manhattan. At the time I absolutely hated the Bronx (I was a fool) lol so I passed on that one.
