Ooh ok I don't know this as it wasn't told at orention, cool thanks a lot yes I saw the samething. Will you be painting ?
Yeah I only found out when I went yesterday to let them know about cracks by the baseboard and in the grout in the bathroom and about the missing grills for the stove.
Did ya'll go to the lease orientation? Because when the ? was asked about painting the apartment the answer was yes we can paint whatever color we want.Just know if we want a new paint job it will be every 5 years the original color that came with the apartment. And also when a tenant move you definitely have to paint the apartment back to it's original color.
At the orientation that is what I heard we can paint the walls but when I was signing the lease and getting my keys I was told I cannot paint the walls. Just to safe I'm just not gonna paint as it will be easier and I don't have to paint it back.
That's b.s! Even the maintenance guy even said we can paint we just have to paint it back & he said that before the lease orientation. Do you have small kids? If so, do you know how dirty those walls will be with anything touching them? Not even the Mr.Clean scrubber will work on just primer paint walls. So I wonder if you would've ask about the t.v being on the wall if he would've said no also? Even though we was told we can do that also on orientation day.Painting is much better than someone putting holes in the walls definitely if the person don't know what they are doing.
No ivwas going originally but when I was signing the lease Eric told me I cannot paint the apartment so I'll leave it as is and just decorate. It will be easier whenever I move out. Are you painting?
Did you go to orentaion ? The lady said we can and even mount the tv on the wall, she just said when we move out everything has to be in the order we found it
I think based on people responses in Saturday whether they signed leases or not will determine how many apartments they have left. Keep being persistent and patient, when I was there someone turned down a apartment so you never know.

**** that I'm painting lol, it's my apartment I'll worry about the condition of it when ever me moving out will happen. Cause at orention the lady def said we can do both the tv on the wall and paint. I have a One year old
Hey I'm not saying y'all shouldn't paint just that I'm not gonna, I don't have kids so I'm ok with it as now. If later I wanna paint I just might but painting is the last thing I'm worrying about right now.
