I just received notification for this apartment building. I am currently in another lottery apartment down the road and my lease is up in 5 months. I would really like a one bedroom. It took about a total of 3 months for my first lottery - so assuming it may take the same amount of time - I think I'll go for it. I can pick my interview date and seeing how I've been through this before - I feel a lot calmer.
I'll forgo the pool in my apartment and the W/D - but for a one bedroom for less than 700$ - why not?
How is it officially yours ?
Can you do a brief time like of dates and occurrences?
Don't need to go into details, did you view the apartment and were you able to choice and apartment if choice?
I called Friday looks like I'll most likely be waitlisted. There is only 3 (1bedroom/Studios) left for phase 1. I hate that these people will interview people like me with a log of 3K but yet fill up units with logs that are in the hundreds up to probably a thousand or 2 the max. Waste of time!
Oh thanks fir your reply .
The the entire. log number / CB situations is really confusing to me
I read , read , read and analyze to make sense of the process but every single person has a different situation abd outcome.
Dont be discouraged keep going to the end.
