I'm still just flabbergasted I got called with a 60K log number. It's the highest log number on my application list so I just wrote it off as a bit fat nope. This whole process is just confusing AF. Just when I think I understand it, it's like the rules of the game completely change. I'm fortunate and grateful that it worked in my favor of course but I truly haven't any clue what or how these things are decided.
You do have a high log but you have CB perference and that makes a huge difference. I think if you email the person listed on the paper you can change your time or date. I forgot his name i think it starts with a K.

I just can't even. I'm really happy for the people with CB preference but how is it that someone with CB preference with a number in the 60,000s gets called before someone without CB pref. gets called with a number in the 4,000s? It seems totally arbitrary. So are they still working only on CB preference people? I haven't received anything: no e-mail, no letter, no call. Nothing.

50% of units are typically set aside for CB preferences. Until they reach that number, they usually do not move on the regular people. It's totally possible that #s 1-59k were only people w/o CB preference so they start with #60k. They cannot move on to general people without getting a critical mass of the 50%.

Thats news to me - So Maestro West, 555Ten, American Cooper Buildings, 225 East 39th Street Murry Hill Tower will all be coming back for phase 2 for the rest of us?

Hopefully everyone who is middle income is not low income after being bankrupted by NYC real estate by the time that happens

So I had my interview last week on Tuesday and hey took the most recent highest paystubs and told me that my salary for this year was too low to qualify me for Phase 1 of this building but I am welcome to try again for Phase 2. Thing is the only reason why my salary was calculated and came out low is because I had a life changing event. I had a child and was out on leave for 3mons then I've been running around taking off days because my child got an ear infection....and I got disqualified (shyt really doesn't make no sense) now I applied for Phase 2, they will probably contact me next year and then by that time I would have more hrs on my paystubs which means when they go to calculate my salary I will be above the salary requirements :-(

Nada. I emailed Kenroy, the person who scheduled my interview to try and resched and heard nothing back. Assuming I'm out at this point.

I was thinking about emailing him for an update but I figured he probably would say he just deals with interviews. I interviews in June and have heard absolutely nothing.
