there are some companies you can use as a guarantor. I think one of them is literally called the guarantors lol.

from what i read on here its expensive tho. when I moved to NYC I found a place that let me put an extra month down to get approved cause my credit wasnt great. gl

If only you knew how much this distorts the rental and sales market in NYC. It has a substantial impact. Especially, in certain neighborhoods.
