It's definitely going to be determined by how they calculate my wages. My most recent tax return shows an income of about 45k which is income from my past full-time job. This year, my only income will be from the internship and child support (unfortunately it is only 600 not 6000). My internship is 10 weeks long and while I could theoretically be making 180k after law school, I'm still a student until May 2018. Moreover, I don't have a job offer and I plan working in the government after I graduate (work life balance more amenable to a single mom). So, again, it seems like my situation is up in the air.
