Hi Everyone, I wanted to start a thread about this building because I couldn't find anyone discussing it on here. Has anyone heard back from this lottery?
I received an email after being picked from the lottery on Jan. 5 2017. Had lo ng financial interview and had all docs on my end submitted Feb. 1. These need to be verified with the financial institutions and normally take 2 to 3 months. I finally called on May 2 and was told this bldg. taking longer for some reason and that my file had been forwarded to ???. They said the next step would be a reverification of income before final approval. That even tho I qualify for either a studio or 1 br., I, being 1 person, would get a studio. And I would be assigned whatever is open at the time. So here I sit...still waiting.

Hey I sent you a private message. But I am waiting for this as well. I was denied then appealed then it was accepted. What's your log for this?
Hi guys, I'm so sad I went today for an interview and was denied because I was at my NEW job for a year and a half & they want lengthy employment with one employer. Smh I'm going to appeal it because my income was within the requirement & all of my paper work was together. @melle7790 how long did the appeal process take??

Hi there! I am also waiting! I was denied, then appealed then appeal was approved, so now they had to verify me all over again, so I am waiting again ugh. The building is starting to lease to market tenants so we will see.
I just got my email today-have my interview on Friday. What's this about being denied because you have a new job? They can't do that....I havent even mad a year at my job so that's a little disheartening to hear...

I believe someone did get denied because they weren't at their job for at least 6 months.
