A 12-story, 75-unit building at 69 East 125th Street, between Madison and Park Avenues, is the newest rental to hit East Harlem. The nearly-complete project, recently dubbed "Harlem 125" was designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Greystone Development. While the building readies for leasing, the lottery has been launched on the rental's 15 affordable apartments and qualifying New Yorkers still have until March 29, 2017 to apply. New renderings for the mixed-use project have also been released, along with a teaser site.
These look like costs for the 40% bracket. Even if it's a drug prone hot spot, why are these prices so low for the bracket?!
2 bedroom almost half the cost of others. It can't be a typo / mistake can it?
I'd live there for any of those prices.
Great trains near by, whole food opening up soon, could afford a cab if I had to, and close enough to central park for me.
nope. 15 apartments, in a drug prone hot spot. u gotta fight people on k2 or herron to get to your own apartment. no sir, no maam. no wesson. no pam
LOL. i have to agree. No thanks!, (Madison and Park Avenue)
Maybe if all those super blocks of housing projects are destroyed this area will improve. I do see a lot of construction on the west side near the west side highway. That might be a decent area.
I'm in the 6K with community board preference. Has anyone received any interview appointments yet?
