When they opened Fulton the security guards would be on people like flies on ****. There's windows on street level you sit in front, if someone closed their eyes for 5 seconds a guard would come and yell "no sleeping here!" and kick them out if they didn't comply. Apparently orders came down from somewhere because now the place is one giant homeless shelter. Especially downstairs in the paid area by the public bathroom (which is now a disgusting pig sty). There's homeless people everywhere

And they spent billions + a decade on this place!!
