First of all why would you recommend Soundview/Castle Hill? These are not areas an outsider should be moving into cold, I dont care what skin color/age/race they are.

Second of all why would you recommend the East Bronx in general, even the nice areas. Shes probably not going to have parking by Yankee Stadium. If shes in Throggs Neck your talking bus/car to Westchester Square, ride down the 6 to 125th St and then back up to 161st on the 4...this is nonsense. She should live off the 4 or D, whether Woodlawn, Harlem, UES, UWS, etc depending on her preference for a more sensible commute.

you can get a nice spot in soundview(which has been dead for years)..they building new nice houses in the area.if you stay around 161st & the concourse or north going towards the stadium you fine but when you head towards 161st south going towards morris/park aves it can get hot here & there
