Default Is this area safe in Williamsburg?

Keap st off Broadway. I'm not sure where Williamsburg really ends, and I'm just wondering if this area is safe for a young white male and female? We are students and need somewhere cheap to live, and we found a 1 bedroom apartment for $1500 which is perfect for us.

I know this post is just asking for ridicule, I just need some honest answers. Thanks

That area is perfectly fine, you're literally in the middle of Williamsburg. I've seen people walk their dogs at 4 in the morning there so it shouldn't be a problem for a young white male & female. Trust me, you guys aren't the only ones that fit that description there. Gets busy early in the morning since you'll be near a transit hub.
