I must say the number of homeless people on the trains have increased from my observation. However, I couldn't tell the last time I saw those kids selling candies on the train. You better buy those candies for the basketball team if you know whats good for ya.

Just saw the "candy kids" when getting on the #6 last Friday around 530PM.
