A good chunk of Asian and Latina women do. Not saying that all of them like white guys, but it is much more common for them to date/marry white men than it is for black women.

That being said, I see plenty of black woman/white man pairings in NYC, in the hipster areas at least.

Jon B cuts his hair and beard like a stereotypical black guy. I don't see a lot of white guys with a very narrow beard and mustache that is cut in an angular way.

It is frowned upon but some are attractive to them. I know a few that are actually married to them. Stranger things have happened.
