@Lloyd09... That's fantastic!!! Unfortunately, single occupant is harder to find units and lottery selection is more difficult. You were waiting on two bedroom correct? And your household is more than 2 people. It's much easier with that demographics. Us single people is harder. I've been applying to whatever option is available to my income. The don't have many options for 80% or 130%. But, so happy to hear you got something else. All the luck and congratulations.

Default #292 for Caesura

Hello All.. Newbie here, I've been stuck at #292 for 280 Ashland, still says "tenant selection in process".. not sure what the next steps are !!.. I've been answering every call, stalking my mailbox and mail truck. I've never been this high before.. my best log # prior to this, was # 2,049 for 317 St. Marks. It will be me and my daughter for a unit, hope to get a 2 bedroom. Should I call..??

@bkmama... Hi! When, you applied did you actually fall into the correct income and AMI brackets? Depending on that and other things they can disqualified you. They never called you for an interview?

I'm log 21,xxx and they are inviting me for an interview. They say that they have 2 beds left in the 130% AMI. Has anyone seen a 2 bed? I can only find one floor plan for a two bed online.

I know that I'm ungrateful, but I just can't see living in this size as a family of four. If one bedroom was a bit bigger or there was a 2nd bath maybe. Our kids (boy & girl) are both 7. I'm sure the affordable unit doesn't have that terrace, lol.

If anyone has any info, please let me know.

Hi,

Has anyone received an apartment?

Does anyone have any specific insight into the financial criteria they're looking for?

Hey Linddsaymm8... If you are being called for a two bedroom under 130% AMI, I personally think that you can find a better apartment for the cost of living in this unit. It would be insane for you to pay over $2700 for two bedroom. You def will not be getting any terrace or extra amenities. Hope you looked outside of this lottery. Invest in your own property!
