No train within walking distance always kills it for me no matter the location.

While we're at it, extend the 3 train to Howard Beach to link up with the A if people want to develop in that area.

Yeah. Given the location of this project they should've just built this thing in Queens. Extending the 3 to Howard Beach is a bad idea though. I doubt many people would opt for a local train over the existing A express. That section of Queens isn't very dense either and the Howard Beach-JFK station isn't very busy.

Lol I was just joking. Even if it was really proposed, you could only imagine the NIMBYs

but for real though, they will have to extend the 3 train some more if they really are developing in that area big scale.

A lot of articles in NY Daily News have mis-namings of streets and incorrect neighborhoods too. When I was younger, I read the newspaper and all the information (from a location standpoint) was dead-on accurate to the address. Transplants work at these places now.
