No I went back and corrected my post. The 5th ave apt, is the one that looks into the courtyard. The Madison Ave one, which is the 3rd one I was shown is noisy af, directly on bridge traffic and looks into the Pís

Everything is okay except that I don't like those views into the PJs. But... knowing me, I'd buy a good set of Venetian blinds that will make my apartment gorgeous

It started out OK now but you just waaaaait. Itís gonna get worse where u live. Lol nah for your first time to score a affordable housing unit is nothing to sneeze at. You did good. For me, itís about matters that will make sense to you if i secure this apt. Iíll share with you later.
I donít want a permanent, direct view of the Pís and for my apt to have traffic noise. The development sits on two parcels of land. I am grateful to the realtor for him working with me and showing me the apts he has. Iíve lived alone for awhile so itís all about being comfortable

You see the living room and the kitchen? That’s the building itself, looking into other peoples apts. I don’t like that. The P’s are across the st. I LIKE the modern appliances, the floors, bathroom, the breakfast counter, and kitchen somewhat lol just don’t like them views, and the actual building
