Called Riveton square and was told my file was sent back to HPD for further review. As of today May 21st 2018, I was informed by HPD that if I havenít heard from Riverton by the end of the week then I will have to write to HPD Compliant. In addition, I was told by Riveton square project manager: Lawris Brown that I need to wait because they have people in homeless shelter to take care of first. So basically you pay your taxes and maintain a good credit history and it means nothing. Hope to hear something soon
Itís a NO from Riverton dawg

YOU are a family of one. If you had a lkid, you would be a family of TWO and likely qualify for a 2 bedroom apartment. The one bedrooms are small apartments.

I wish you well.

Is it REALLY a gated community? That would be good.

Two bedrooms is nice if they are large, or at least not tiny.
For $1780 to be "affordable to you, you should earn more than $1780 x 12/ .30 = $71,200 per year. I don't, so I would likely have to decline it even though I covet another bedroom with a passion.

Deduct points for that awful location.

Of course this is the real world, so you need to compare it with your other alternatives and your situation is unique.

I don’t like the two bedroom apartments. They have two windows for one bedroom and 1 window for the other bedroom. The location is not bad. We’ve got 125th street within a 10 minute walk with a plethora of restaurants on Lenox with the 2/3 express trains near

Harlem is up and coming. there are far more restaurants, markets, and stores to shop than 4 years ago. There will soon be a Bath and body works and VC poping up this year. The location is not bad wholes foods is within walking distance.

I have a two bedroom My child has one large window in his room and has a great view of downtown NYC.

My biggest issue is the bathroom location.
