Hi Guys, My best friend lives in Riverton along with some of her family members. She likes it. She has a 1 bedroom. The bedroom itself is huge! Could fit a queen set and I believe she has a lounge chair in the room as well. The bedroom is a bigger space than the living area.

Wait a second! What do you mean by a freeze on your account?

I had mine frozen for six years due to a divorce, and surprisingly, the development that is now running my background called me and asked me to unfreeze it. I immediately went home and powered up my old computer to retrieve the codes to unlock my credit. I successfully did, and contacted the rental board myself (as per the developer's instructions) and asked them to refresh their screens. They did and they said it worked. They called me back a half hour later and said that I passed my background.

Funny though - Steinway Estates was able to check my background with the credit freeze. They use a company called, "TenantSafe" - and I didn't have to unlock my credit.

Second, this development company who asked me to unfreeze my credit uses, "Onsite Tenant Check." They had me unfreeze my credit, and although they told me that they had conducted the credit check, it doesn't show up on my credit report.
