Submitted paper work on October 15th and no word yet. Also responded to BAM South Tower - 300 Ashland Pl. request for paper work for potenial interview for a studio.

all my logs are huge for places i want
and others are in bronx.
most of them won't be ready probably until mid next year

I so hear ya. If I don't get 250 Ashland, I'm going market rate, I'm already looking at a studio that is a couple hundred more than the Ashland one but it has an in unit washer/dryer and Ashland does not so...

Ashland is the only one I'm in the running for - I refuse to go through ****e again for 6 plus months. If I do, I need to at least be in a neighborhood I like...

really wish i made 40k or less
otherwise i would have been in ashland.
