They can't keep someone locked up beyond the sentence for what they DID do because of what they MIGHT do.

Why are you stating that to me? State it to nightcrawler.

I am, by extension. I validated what you said.

Then sentences need to be longer which has been a problem in this country for years!

Philando Castillo was a criminal?
Trayvon martin was a criminal?
Tamar rice was a criminal?

The only thing this proves is our justice system fails us ALL at the end of the day. Some people see the repercussions faster and consistently more than others but sooner or later it always hits everybody.

By the way the killer was released from the psychiatric ward before he murdered the cop. Mental illness goes untreated once again, here is the result random killings.

no, and they are 0.00001% of cases.

Yet somehow the media would make you believe they are 99.999% of the cases

Philando wasn't.

Trayvon wasn't shot by a cop so why does he always get mentioned other than intentional fake news?

And Tamir Rice was a horrible situation that played out exactly how it will nearly 100% of the time. You don't point a replica gun at a cop and not get shot unless you are very, very, lucky.

Any other examples you plan to use to justify this officer's killing?
