The red areas, do they encompass Mott Haven, Hunts Point, Soundview, Riker's Island, LES and LIC?
But some of those incomes are really high, so why are they red?

From 2005 actually. There has been 2007 updates, but I think it's probably negligible.

yes i will...as matter of fact, when i interview for jobs...did asked me wow..u went to bx. science. and i always got my job cuz i went to bx. science and im thankful for that. im not a rocket science but i was able to maintain a b+ ave. in bx. science. whenever i moved to...bx science donation letter always find me and ask for donation. i dont know how they locate where i live... so dont worry bx. science got it covers for money..lol

Wow, look at New York, NY 10004's (average) income : $1,192,091. Highest in the country.
Second is Atherton, CA at $709,687.
