My mother has no money, she never worked so she doesn't have any income now.
She has no home and currently lives with me and my husband and my husband can not look at her anymore.
I need to find a solution. I don't work as I am a full time mom.
What are my options?
Section 8?
My mother can take care of herself, doesn't need a nursing home at all.
Who can I call or where can I apply?

Thanks for any advice you may provide.

Even with Section 8, housing is not free. How old is your mom and is she eligible for SSI?

She is 63 ... what is SSI? will google ...

my father is in Europe, they are still married but he doesn't have a green card and my mother does.

She can but nobody hires her- she has been looking for awhile.
