Yes I have, but has been going back and forth for about a month. My last appeal went in last week, still waiting for a result. Were you emailed for additional paperwork Tomda?

Still waiting. I submitted my paperwork on time with the deadline date they provided. I never heard back from them after that. My log number is in the upper two hundreds. I wonder what log numbers they are up to.

Does that mean they filled all the apartments? Everyone else who hasn't been called after submitting paper work is wait listed?

Hi All,

Figured I'll give an update. Our application was forwarded to the City for approval for a 1br. Not the size we were hoping for. I inquired about 2br but I didn't get a clear cut answer. Either all the 2br are accounted for or they're not giving them to households of 2.

I'm hoping to be able to check out the size of the 1br but I feel it's way too small. We want a child eventually so there would be a lot of growing pains.

If you guys google "959 first avenue offering plan", you can find a semi-complete copy. I'm not sure how accurate it is but it gives you a detailed look at the all the units and pricing.

Thank you for the update! I would be in the same situation as well if they were to offer me a one bedroom.

Well, we are out now.

The SO did too much overtime recently and it nudged us over the income limit.

If/when it's turn, just be cautious about overtime. They are continuously calculating your income when you submit new pay stubs.

Perhaps, this was a blessing a disguise, although I doubt we can ever find a place with that low of a tax/maintenance charge.
