The Andre the Giant of mice, perhaps. Seriously, I think it is just an adolescent rat.

At any rate, the bottom of that pie case is disgusting. You gotta sweep that thing out twice a day, once after the first rush, then at closing. No excuse for that. I bet their kitchen is a mess, too. Sweep more and get some rat traps.

The bread looks pretty good though. I'd eat there as long as the rat dropping don't get mixed into the dough.

Don't know why NYC DOH continues to let these food serving places open in parks, when everyone knows all NYC parks are full or rodents.

Pick one; Washington Square, Madison Square, Union Square, Verdi, Central Park, etc... all have mouse and or rat problems.

City shut down that Pain de Quotidien in Verdi park a few weeks ago for mice.

Can include Bryant Park as well. At night, can see rats running throughout the park, digging holes into the green areas. Luckily, have never eaten from the above LPQ. Have however been to the one in Central Park by CPW. Am here to tell you some LPQ locations vary in cleanliness and quality. Their organic food and pastries and organic wine selections are a treat.

It isn't really, but if one does not *warn* certain snowflakes will go all off if they click a link and see something unexpected.

Seems legit, would have had to be a good photoshop job with the under reflection and all. The city did shut the pie place down following that picture on health code violations
