For me it's Fordham with White Plains Rd. a close second.

The very northern tip of the GC is actually pretty decent.

Thought about Webster Ave since I called it home for many years. Fordham Rd is up there too, all the shopping we did there. But went with the Concourse - Cardinal Hayes HS, close to the Stadium. Loew's Paradise. Actually has quite a bit of shopping as it nears Fordham Rd. then up to St Philip's and Mosholu.
